Kabai Táp Zrt. was established on 1st October, 1994. Since February 2007 Kabai Táp Zrt. has been doing its activities as a member of the Cehave Landbouwbelang Cooperative.The two Dutch cooperatives, Agrifirm and Cehave Landbouwbelang merged on 1 June, 2010. The new cooperative is known as the Agrifirm group that supplies agricultural products and services throughout Europe with a strong foothold in the Netherlands. Due to this merge, being member of Agrifirm Group, Kabai Táp Zrt. changed it’s name to Agrifirm Magyarország Zrt. as from 1st January, 2012. The new name means new design and slogan:
